The well known rapper has turned to social media to bring attention to the growing presence of criminal activities in Kempton Park and East Rand. Priddy Ugly is urging residents to stay alert and work together to ensure the safety of their community and loved ones. He also advises the public to avoid parking their cars in public parks, especially during nighttime.
"If you happen to be in Kempton Park or the East Rand at any point, please remain vigilant and prioritize your safety. There's a significant amount of illegal activity happening and it's only expected to worsen as we approach the festive season. Take the time to check up on your friends and family, while also being mindful about parking your cars away from parks, particularly during daytime or when it's dark outside," he expressed.
Priddy Ugly recently went through a terrible ordeal when he was targeted by criminals in the Kempton and East Rand areas. The rapper shared that he was a victim of a hijacking incident that took place in Birch Acres. Showing his empathy, he expressed his condolences to one of his followers whose colleague had also experienced such brutal crimes. "I've personally been through a hijacking situation in Birch Acres and I must say, it was extremely ruthless. My sincere condolences," Priddy Ugly conveyed.
The acclaimed rapper has consistently been a strong advocate against crime in South Africa. Recently, he shared a heartbreaking incident where his cousin was tragically killed close to a police station. Unfortunately, no action was taken in response.
"My cousin was fatally stabbed by some individuals two weeks ago when he refused to share his cigarettes with them while walking to the police station just five minutes away from his home. He intended to file an assault case for an incident that occurred earlier that day. South Africa can be quite unpredictable and dangerous. Stay safe," he expressed with deep sadness.
